My experience was great. From the service to the installers. Service was great and the installers were very professional, kind and fast. Overall the experience was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed. Thank you

All staff were friendly, and when I finally got the windshield, it was installed correctly. My problem is that the company accepts the job and tells you they will be out tomorrow BEFORE checking to see if they have your equipment in stock. Then, as you are waiting a couple hours for them to show up, they call and inform you that they do not have the equipment in stock, so it will be a few more days. Other companies are up front with customers about whether they have the supplies and use that information to tell you when they will fix the car. I was assured next day service but the reality was eight days, with me spending three days waiting around for them.

Very impressed with the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone. Set an appointment for morning between 9a and 2p the day of my appointment no one showed up. I called to find out that they never put me on the schedule. So after a day wasted I received a call from the technician and was told that he would be coming in an hour. Well after it was all said and done I have to say that the technician and the programmers with by the way were 2 very impressive Women did an excellent, thorough and incredible job in fixing my windshield and reprogramming the computer for my car. Old saying don’t judge a book by its cover!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Very satisfied

From the initial conversation and appointment, the service was great! A few days later, received a call from “Pedro” window installer, was very profesional and methodical about his work! Two days later I received a call from Gerald, who came to calibrate all smart features attached to the windshield. He was also fantastic! Highly recommend Same Day Windshield.
